Healthy Menus for Happy Kids

Healthy eating is an essential part of growing, learning, and thriving, and at Arcadia Nursery, we are committed to providing nutritious, balanced meals that support children's development.

We follow the latest guidance from the Scottish Government’s Setting the Table Guidance to ensure that every meal and snack is fresh, wholesome, and packed with goodness. Our carefully planned menus meet nutritional standards while introducing children to a variety of flavours, textures, and healthy choices.

Mealtimes at Arcadia are about more than just food—they’re a fun and social experience. We encourage children to explore different foods, make independent choices, and develop confidence in feeding themselves, helping to build lifelong healthy eating habits.
